Start with a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec on arrival, before our Head Chef takes you through our four signature cuts sharing how we prepare them, cook them and what makes each one unique. Then comes the important bit: tasting them. Enjoy all four cuts with house sauces and sides, plus a magnum of Cow & Sow Malbec to share during your meal. Part masterclass, part feast — all to yourselves. Available to book from January 2027. Available Monday–Thursday at all Cow & Sow restaurants in Bristol & Birmingham.
