Cow & Sow has the perfect gift wrapped up for Christmas this year - 2 seats at our next Steak Education Masterclass, held on Thursday 8th January 2026. Guided by our chefs, the recipients of this gift will journey through four of our signature sharing cuts — Picanha, Tomahawk, Porterhouse and Chateaubriand. The'll discover how each is prepared, cooked and served the Cow & Sow way, before tasting them fresh from the grill with our house sauces and sides. Naturally, it’s all paired with a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec, on us. The next event takes place on Thursday 8th January at both our Clifton and Birmingham restaurants, with sittings available at both 6pm and 7pm.
