STEAK EDUCATION MASTERCLASS FOR 2 PEOPLE
Celebrate National Butcher’s Week at Cow & Sow with Steak Education: Butcher’s Edition on Wednesday 4th March. Guided by our chefs, you and a guest will journey through four of our signature sharing cuts – Picanha, Tomahawk, Porterhouse and Chateaubriand. Learn about the provenance of each cut and how it is expertly prepared by our teams. Discover how we cook and serve our steaks the Cow & Sow way, before tasting them fresh from the grill with our house sauces and sides. Naturally, it’s all paired with a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec. The events take place in both our Clifton (Bristol) and Birmingham Paradise restaurants, with sittings available at both 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday, March 4th.
