STEAK EDUCATION - THURSDAY 7TH JANUARY 2027, 7PM

Looking for the perfect gift for a steak lover? Why not book them onto our first Steak Education of 2027? On the night, guests will join our chefs for an evening dedicated to all things steak. Guests can get up close with our four signature cuts – Picanha, Tomahawk, Porterhouse and Chateaubriand – learning what makes each one unique and how we prepare and cook them. Then comes the important bit: tasting them. Enjoy all four cuts with a selection of house sauces & sides, alongside a glass of Cow & Sow Malbec. Part masterclass, part feast — and a very good night out. This experience take place at our Clifton (Bristol) and Birmingham restaurants on Thursday 7th January at 7pm.
